Salon & Spa Etiquette / Policies
In order to reserve your appointment, please have a gift certificate number or a credit card available when you call
Please arrive at least 15 minutes early for your appointment so we may better serve you and other clients. Arriving late can shorten your valuable treatment time
As a professional courtesy to House of Beauty Salon and Spa team of professionals, any appointment changes or cancellations must be addressed No Later then 12 hours prior to existing appointment. Anything less will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and giving no notice at all, will result in a full charge
Merchandise returned will be accepted within 30 days of purchase for spa or salon credit
Please refrain from bringing children to the spa unless they are scheduled for an appointment
If you have a medical condition or are under a physicians care, please advise us so that we can provide the best possible service
Please let us know ahead of time if you have any specific needs, limitations, or if you are pregnant. If pregnant, you must be out of your first trimester before having any spa services
Tips are not included in any of the prices listed and are very much appreciated
For your convenience, Gift Certificates are available year round and are non-refundable but transferable and can be redeemed for services or retail
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Debit, Personal Checks and Cash. There will be a $25.00 service charge for all returned checks
In consideration of all salon and spa guests, please turn off all cell phones and pagers before entering House of Beauty
